  • We are extremely careful to package your canvas to protect it from moisture, and impact.
    However, if the canvas should be damaged upon arrival, please contact us at contact@lumaprints.com with pictures and descriptions of the damage, including images of the packaging. We will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

  • Because each original piece is one of a kind, returns are only accepted if your artwork arrives damaged or defective. If something isn’t quite right, reach out and we can look at exchange options.

  • We offer a lifetime guarantee for quality and workmanship of our canvases.
    If there are any defects with the canvas, we will send you a replacement or a refund.
    However, our quality guarantee cannot cover dissatisfaction based on low image quality due to a low resolution picture submitted.
    If you would like to return the canvas for a refund, and there are no defects or workmanship issues with the canvas, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipment.
